About Teller County Shooting Society

This is YOUR Range:  It takes more than just paying a membership fee to help TCSS and the Gold Camp Shooting Sports Center succeed and be used to its maximum potential. In most instances, work is done by volunteers (our members), such as picking up and emptying trash, range maintenance, construction, training and conducting matches, providing public range days, etc. Our members work hard to maintain a facility that offers a range of shooting opportunities at a minimal cost to the members.

Current 2024 TCSS Board:  Jim Dickey (president); Tom Caddell (vice president); Jerry Smith (membership); Lyle Kuykendall (secretary); Doc Corder (range manager); Tom Beck (at-large director/grants); John Pfundstein (at-large director).

Get INVOLVED: Volunteer your special skills, ideas and services. Opportunities for volunteering may be posted to the website or communicated through email. Your help is needed.

Business Meetings and Activities:  An annual membership business meeting to elect officers is held the first Saturday of March. Quarterly all-member meetings are scheduled at various times during the year and Board meetings are every other week on Fridays. Member Shoots are traditionally held monthly in the summer months beginning in May. Check out the TCSS Fact Sheet under Documents on the website, for more detailed information on our club.
